FDE Academy
Certification & Rubrics
The three-level Academy ladder. Every rubric is published up front, every level is earned through assessed evidence — and a badge never writes a competency level: course completion is evidence, proficiency stays a governed judgement.
Google-focused build — Google Cloud only (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Agentspace). Models may come from any provider available on Google platforms.

The panel-judged FDE Readiness Certification is a separate instrument: it gates deployment readiness against a profile’s hard gates and is unchanged by this ladder. External anchor certifications (Google Cloud PCA/PDE/MLE, Generative AI Leader, and partner-model credentials) live in the curriculum catalogue.
